This comes on the heels of the Price cut on the Uber gay PSP go (hated it) The new Psp is supposed to have a touch panel on the rear of the device that "look[s] like a big mouse trackpad." The screen on the new PSP is sharper and an inch larger than its predecessor. Its even rumored to have HD - IAM GETTING THIS IF IT COMES!!! For now I am all about the new Modern warfare Black ops. I gotta find the money.

What is the best Pistol - handgun in Modern Warfare 2? (MW2)

as of late on this prestige (10th) I have been using pistols allot as oppossed to shotguns. I used akimbo for a while on my ninth but found that single with FMJ worked better for me. I have tactical knife on all but the Deagle and will have it on as soon as it unlocks. The easiest tac knife to get for me was the M9. I had never used the gun before so i was surprised at the results. I like all of the pistols an am pretty awesome with them since I now have a good trigger finger which also makes it possible to own with the FAL assault rifle, finally. Here is my take on my 2 favorite pistols in modern warfare 2 (MW2)...

USP = longer range = better for stealth (silenced)

M9 = better damage = better for just running around owning.

I use the M9 with FMJ more than my primary on smaller maps. If you have a tactical knife on it you can really rack up a good score with the extra speed you get from holding a smaller, lighter weapon.

Many pistoleros like the Magnum for the power but the re-aiming makes it harder to own with to me. I usually use this weapon as and like a conventional sidearm meaning I only use it going into small places and when my primary needs a reload. I use the M9 anytime/all the time and only pull out my primary in big spaces and long distance situations, owns for me.

Modern Warfare 2 Search & Destroy Guide for Noobs. SOUND!!!

I have been playing allot of S&D lately and have just gotten the knack a little. I actually own at all other games types but for many reasons S&D just made me frustrated, mainly because of the jeers i received from people for sucking so bad. I just could not understand why I could not get kills or win the game for my team when I was last person, which I was frequently for fear of moving around. I am still not the greatest (I fully intend to be soon) but I know somethings that have helped me not suck and to even rock occasionally.

The first thing I noticed that helped to improve my search and destroy game was the importance of sound observation. Unlike regular matches and game types in MW2 sound is ultra important, there are less sounds, explosions, aircraft, nades and footsteps in search so most footsteps you hear will be those of someone coming to kill you. More and more people are using turtle beach headphones (which can hear you no matter what perk you use, Ninja makes you more quiet but still audible to turtle beach users. Search has created a new form of SOUND whore or camper who sits and listens for reloads, footsteps, bush rattles, ground surface sounds and weapon changes and then sneaks up on the sound and deads it. SOUND IS VERY, VERY IMPORTANT IN SEARCH AND DESTOY, SILENCERS ARE A MUST FOR THOSE WHO MOVE AROUND RARELY OR MORE THAN THE MOVE!!! You can go without a silencer if you move after the shot (I usually move to a spot where the spot I fired from is still visible because 6.5 times out of 10 when you fire late in a search match someone will be on their way to the spot where the sound came from. If the enemy has UAV on at the time of the shot up that number to 8 out of 10 times. You don't want to be there when they get there unless you have covered the most likely entrance with claymores and are watching the othr entry points.

Surround sound is also very good for getting kills in Search and. If you have Surround Sound make sure you are seated in the middle so you can tell which dirrection shots and footsteps, sounds really, come from and then give attention, go towards or away depending on whether you have bomb or not. I usually throw a flash towards the sound, if its a bomb site and I have the bomb, and then hightail it to the other bomb site and plant. Always remember to hide somewhere within sight of the bombsite where you can hear (more important than actual sight in Search) the tools come out to defuse the bomb. If their are multiple enemies when you plant a claymore on one of the entry points or by the bomb never hurt anything and then cover the other route with your selected weapon. Sometimes you can hear them coming and pick them off at a distance unless they have Ninja like you should. It is always best to hide and listen for the difusing and then rush out and kill them for the win or to let the count-down continue for the win.

Try to not land the care packages outside the map like a complete MW2 noob. The plane always comes from the opposite direction that you're looking towards (when throwing the care package flare) and flies straight, never turns or any tricky stuff.

And one other important note, it works better when you ask a team-mate to help you because more than likely enemies will sprint towards the crates, works better if you do it while a friendly harrier is in the air or any friendly aircraft.

Care Packages, Emergency Airdrops, EMPs and Tactical Nukes can't be acquired from the packages. Below are the drop rates:

I personally hate when a person (other than me - hypocrite) gets an ac-130 or chopper gunner and then goes on to win the game because my stupid team-mates feel the need to run around in the open without cold-blooded. I once lost a game for that reason when we were 20 kills up before the emergency air drop. I hate MW2 but I love it more. Husla3x

Modern Combat 2 Gayed edition Map Pack!!!

Well the New Modern Warfare maps are out and ready for download to your ps3... If you have $15 in your playstation (PSN) wallet. What??????

That's what many people are saying, alomg with a few other things such as...

Why the hell should we have to pay $15 for new maps to a game we paid $60-$80 for in the first place?

What the hell is the point of forcing me to go to a seperae website, sigh up, transfer funds and all that just to play your game?

That part could suck for many of you but in all honesty it does not take 5 minutes and will probably come in handy later on in the near future.

The maps are great but the way they set it up is just about the most idiotic thing I have ocess ever seen. Here are the most obvious cons...

The maps don't merge into the cache of maps that you can play, you have to select the new maps from the game menu. The old maps or regular maps were selected randomly and you did battle on them. The new 5 maps are in rotation with themselves so you can play the 30 maps you have come to love or you can play the new 5, not both. GAY!!!! But all in all the maps are great and fun and worth it, I just wished they would have been added to the map cache and not separated, orphaned from the others.

The new maps are worth it of course but it seems like they could have thought out the process a bit before setting it up like they did.

Stimulus Package maps modern warfare 2 ps3 May 4th

About time they tell us when the new maps are going to be made available to Playstation 3 users. It really hacked off myself and millions of others that Infinity Ward did not have it's $hit together and allowed Xbox 360 users to have the maps a full month and a week faster than the PS3 users.

Well they finally (this week mid april) came out with the news that we can buy the maps May 4th for $15. They should have given them to us for free like counter-strike always did. I guess I am happy and can't wait to play on the new maps. I hope they do something about the crappy way the game loads online though.

Modern Warfare 2 on Playstation 3 is so much better.

I just got through playing Modern Warfare on Xbox 360 and it was no where near as good as playing on my playstation 3.

The graphics sucked.

The fact that it costs to play sucks.

The menu sucked.

There was far less people playing and the maps looked weird. I am never playing on xbox 360 ever again. All the people who don;t have a playstion 3, get one.

They are pretty much the eact same experience and look. The graphics are the same. the sounds, everything. The only pro for PS3 I can see is the PS3 is free to pla and has more players.

I recently played the New Game Heavy Rain on my PS3 console. I played the demo and it convinced me that I had to have this full game. That is one of the things I love about my PS3 as opposed to my XBOX 360 - PS3 is a console that you can have fun, extreme fun, on without ever buying one game for it, the internet is free as opposed to $8 a month for xbox live... which I think is ultra-gay. Since I got my Playstation 3 for christmas (love you kids) I have used my XBOX 360 gaming console for nothing more than watching Netflix in my bedroom. My XBOX system is officially benched for the remainder of the season. I even gave my daughter my living room XBOX 360 as a christmas gift. She can use all the over 40 games i have compiled and the internet adaptor (another gay thing, PS3 has built in wifi) and the cooling fans that you have to have to keep the console from stroking out on you. ANYWAY...

Heavy Rain is a great looking game with excellent gameplay, it truly is like playing in a movie, a HD ,Movie at that. I like the fact that it is nothing like any other game I have ever Played. this game gives you choice in every situation in the storyline, and the storyline is awesome. If you don't have a PS3...get one and then play the free heavy rain demo, i promise you will be amazed.

Of course I am still addicted to Modern Combat 2 so I only play other games occasionally and buying a new game was not even in my mind until I saw Heavy Rain. I thought about buying MAG but after testing it and finding it gay , distracting and confusing I am right back to Modern Combat 2. Look for me and make me a friend if you play on PS3 Husla3x is the name.
